Overview: XDv2 Amplifiers

The amazingly small XDv2 amplifiers are huge in audio performance, thanks to our advanced NexD switching technologies.

All XDv2 amplifiers employ JL Audio's high-speed NexD™ Class D switching technology to achieve an unmatched efficiency and astonishing power output for their size. Our Advanced Rollback Thermal protection system keeps the music playing, even under the most demanding conditions. All XDv2's are equipped with studio-grade signal processing with fully variable crossover controls beneath a gasketed, brushed aluminum cover. The second-generation V2 Spec features versatile automatic turn-on capabilities and a dual-range differential balanced input section to handle a variety of input voltage levels. For added system control, amplifier levels can be adjusted remotely from the driver's seat using the HD-RLC remote level control (optional).
