It took me about a year to decide on what to do.I designed the system to be based around SQ more than high db's, although it can slam with a twist of the volume... I used Focal 165k's in the front and 136K's in the rear. For a radio I went with the Eclipse pre-amp CD-8053 w/ 16v balanced outputs into one 300/4, one 300/2 amp, and two 500/1's. I used JL 12 gauge wire to the speakers and for the subs along with JL interconnects all around, 1/0 gauge and 4 gauge power wire. I added another deep cycle battery along with a Ohio generator 210amp alternator and NO caps...all in all it turned out pretty good I think. My next plan is for 2 JVC 6.5" monitors into a custom center console w/ PS2.
To the truck my mods are:
K&N cold air intake
180 thermo
Hughes throttle body
Hypertech PPII
MSD 6A
Taylor 8.5mm wires
Spintech exhaust
Tranny redone by Level 10
Ground Force 2/2 drop
275/40/17 Michelin Pilot Sport PS2
Powerstop cross-drilled rotors w/ Hawk carbon pads
