Here's an install I did on my friend's E320. The only directions I had from him were to keep the spare and loose no trunk space. The box is made out of 3/4"MDF, marglass, and five layers of fiberglass mat. I was able to get .625cuft of airspace. I used a Mercedes emlem, wrapped it in suede and grille cloth to create a port for the woofer to breathe.
