2006 Scion tC. Install done by Lee Electronics on Rt. 1, in NJ.
What's inside
- 2 sets of JL Audio VR 6.5in Comps. Routed the tweeters for the rears to the pillars in the front for improved sound-stage.
2 JL 10W3v2s in Q-Logic MDF box, surrounded by a faux black surround.
2 Phoenix Gold Titanium 400.2ti zx amps. One powers the subs, the other powers the interiors.
Wiring is a mix of Monster, RF, JL, and Phoenix Gold products and everything is hooked up to a 1.0 Farad RF cap.
When the back seats are folded down, you can see the amps, crossovers, and cap. Everything is flush-mounted. The crossovers are behind clear plexiglass. When the seats are up, none of the equipment is visible.
My Creative Vision: mp3 player is wired into the headunit so I can play mp3s or movie files and hear it throughout the car.
