Position: Customer Service Specialist

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years in Customer Service related work experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly proficient in MS Office
  • High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree is a plus
  • Experience using Database management systems is a plus

Compensation: $12.00 per hour to start

Position: Manufacturing Assembly

  • Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions and parts lists
  • Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements
  • Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and sub-assemblies
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Documents actions by completing production and quality forms
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed


Job Requirements:

  • Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions
  • Previous experience in assembly or packaging a plus
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Position: Machine Operator/CNC Machinist

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience with HAAS CNC Vertical Mill.
  • Ability to independently set up jobs and process them to specification.
  • Mazak control operation a plus.
  • Will be required to inspect all machined pieces 100%.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain focus on priorities is a must.


Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour to start

You should have command of best practices and trends in social media marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience. The job is a healthy mix of community management, platform management and engaging with creative on content.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop channel specific strategies that play to each outlet's strengths, with a plan to measure success and identify potential adjustments to the strategy
  • Establish and manage the budget for sponsored content and boosts to grow audience and engagement
  • Create a content calendar that not only engages our audience but also supports the company’s business direction.
  • Manage as well as participate on a team that listens and engages in relevant social discussion about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing customers and leads and from brand new audiences that don’t yet know us.
  • Mine the platforms for social influencers and advocates of the brand we should be working closer with
  •  Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success

Job Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Conversation driven copywriting skills that embody the ability to capture the audience’s attention with concise copy.
  • A working knowledge of SEO, key word search and Google Analytics

The Marketing Coordinator will participate as member of a team of professional, dedicated employees managing internal and external marketing efforts. This position will utilize skills including team-based interaction, project management, administrative support and event planning. This is a demanding and diverse role that includes a mix of administrative tasks, project coordination and creative work.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate events, meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and organizing requirements, then establishing contracts, budgets, schedules and assignments; all to ensure event success.
  • Planning and implementation of marketing campaigns targeted at dealers, sales representatives and consumers.
  • Support Sales and Training Departments with event planning, presentations and support materials.
  • Create and manage project plans for various marketing and event activities.
  • Provide administrative support to each member of the marketing team as needed.
  • Provide support in social media engagement as needed.
