Instead of relying on antiquated, inefficient amplifier designs, JL Audio M-Series amplifiers employ our exclusive NexD™ switching technology to achieve total amplifier efficiencies exceeding 80%. This means they run much cooler and put less strain on your vessel's electrical system than a conventional amplifier. It also allows for very impressive power output from a very compact amplifier, which greatly simplifies installation in tight spaces.
 
As with their more expensive MHD siblings, the M-Series deploy our Advanced Thermal Rollback System to completely eliminate annoying thermal shut-down events. Studio-grade signal processing with fully variable crossover filters is accessible beneath an extruded aluminum cover. Also included are our noise-killing, differential inputs with remote level control capabilities via the HD-RLC remote level control (optional).
